The Great Financial Shift
From WEST to EAST
Often, traders are so attuned to their Markets & the Trading Process that they miss the Larger Picture.
Typically, this may be an Economic adjustment in Interest Rates or a Stock Market change in Trend. These are of minor importance to an economy and are repetitive enough to be expected over time. However, once in several generations, something truly immense happens. A change occurs that SHIFTS all of Society and a Nation's Economy.

Our last encounter with this type of BIG CHANGE or SHIFT was during the Depression of the 1930's. The number of changes brought about to Society are almost countless and the World truly changed it's character in response to these changes.
We don't have to speculate about another SHIFT of this magnitude happening again, those in power have already told us it's definitely coming! In Truth, it's already begun. 'The Great Reset' is nothing more than the most modern flavor of the kind of change brought about by the last Depression coming our way again.
Politicians give these times 'names' and set out their programs to deal with them, but, these are actually large Financial Debt Cycles brought about by Internaitonal Banks and the Credit that has been loaned out to spendthrift governments all around the World over many, many years.
When these Debts come due, History records great SHIFTS as Governments are forced to comply with payment demands in order to re-finance their Countries for the coming decades-to-come.
Unfortunately, Banks and their owners no longer demand payment in money alone.
As governments go bankrupt at the end of each of these Cycles of Loans, Money alone is not sufficient for the Creditors.
They've decided that 'they' are the only ones capable of re-structuring Society into a perfect, 'new' and High-Tech form, (with robots as the ideal employees for the corporations that they already own completely).
Short-sighted and as naive as they undoubtedly are
They have in previous times, (and will continue to do so this time), to demand Societal Changes and to monetize those changes. These can cause great changes in the lifestyles of the People and these changes will be 'blamed' on political enemies or any other group or event that can be easily used to pin the blame to for causing these changes.

Taking in the Total Market View: Part 1
first, let's look at the us dollar, . . .

I know. I know. The internet is buzzing about the end of the US Dollar and the end of the World. Well, the truth is less emotional and more clear when we confine ourselves to analyzing the long-term aspects of Price and Trend.
As you can see on the above chart, pulling back away from the intraday viewpoint or even the Daily one, we find that a strong and enduring upward trend has been and still is intact to this day.
If you're interested in obtaining a longer-term perspective for your businesses or investments sake, then, it's important to know how a fundamental issue like the Currency's Trend is vital to assess accurately.
For the strong US Dollar, Quarterly Trends are more important than the daily or weekily trends. On this basis, it's clear that this currency, (and the Ruble), are the strongest currencies in play today. However, the US Dollar's trend has a longer History to it's trend.
As a World Reserve Currency, there's a strong momentum to overcome and the chart above indicates that this upwards momentum is still intact.
We'll explore some of the other MAJOR foundations of Value in the coming posts to get a better overall view minus the emotions of the day. But, for today's post this is our . . .
